      Hiring Analyst Interview

      21 Mar 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Remote, OR
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jumpcut (Remote, OR) in Jan 2019

      Interview

The first was part was analyzing a test data set, then when I passed that, I had a phone call with the Onboarding Manager. It was more to get to know me, and give me a heads up about the next part of the hiring process. She also gave me feedback about my test results. When I passed the next part, the next interview was sort of a panel interview with the Recruitment Manager and some other members of the team. They talked to me a bit more about my professional background. There was another test after (the final one), and after I passed that, I was scheduled for a call with the Recruitment Head in LA along with the Recruitment Manager. They got to know me and we talked about my answers in the final test. Overall, it was a very good experience. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and encouraging from day 1. I also got the answers to all my questions. I'm now a part of the team, and they are just as warm as they were when I was still applying.
