      Full Stack Developer Interview

      5 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Jumpfactor (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2025

      Interview

The interview process was unconventional. The initial 15-minute video call was audio-only, and a voice scrambler was used, making it extremely difficult to hear what the interviewer was saying. I was informed the role did not yet have an established budget. I was told to perform a 15 minute personality test after the interview, but it turned out to be a 40-minute battery of tests including IQ, personality, and computer proficiency. Communication ceased after the initial rejection, and it was not possible to get feedback.
