Extremely weird screening interview that completely turned me off of the company. The person screening me was using a voice changer that made it extremely difficult to understand - I could barely get a sense of what was being asked of me. Questions were read off of a script with no follow-ups, but for me the absolute worst part of the interview was that absolutely NO insight was provided about the role. When I tried to ask questions about the role, I was given extremely vague answers and got the sense that the screener was not equipped to answer anything about the role. Advice to JumpFactor would be to treat these interviews as a two-way conversation - not just have the screener grilling the interviewee with questions while not providing any insight that would allow the interviewee to determine whether the company was also the right fit for them.

The interview with the CEO was an awful experience! Do not apply here, unless you want to be talked down to by a highly condescending CEO. The interviewer just fired off questions and was incredibly impersonal. When asked the goals for the company in the near future, he responded with " to become the number 1 digital marketing agency in the world" but gave no follow-up on how they will achieve it?
