Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. The instructions for the interview was clear: they tell you what lesson you are going to teach and sends you the class plan as well.

They will pretend to be the student and ask you questions about the material you are teaching.
Give two mock lessons, corresponding reflection and feedback. Overall the interviewer was very nice and approachable, with a positive attitude. Preparing for the interview was pretty simple, study the curriculum that they had outlined for you, watch some sample lessons, then prepare to do the same.
