It was a virtual interview (due to COVID-19) conducted by the regional manager in the area I worked in. The interviewer was very friendly and professional. The questions asked seemed to be very appropriate to ensure the best selection of employees.

Interview
I had an interview with Love Childcare first, then I had an interview with a regional manager called Joe, he asked me about my experience and what I knew about safegaurding. It was quite a nice chat, and he told me more about the company.
Friendly video interview by the individual who would lead the site I was based at. Confirming all aspects of the application were true and shared a little bit more information about certain parts they considered most relevant.
