Junior Library Guild interview questions

The interview process consisted of three interviews with four individuals and took about 2 1/2 weeks. The standard questions were asked... tell me about yourself etc. All interviewers were engaged and thorough in their questioning.

Applied, received email requesting interview 4-5 weeks later. Interview was virtual, with three people interviewing me. I was asked for 6 references "just in case" 1 of the usual 3 "didn't follow up". My references all told me later that they had individually been contacted. 3 weeks after interview 1, was asked back for interview 2, with managers. 2 weeks after this, received job offer.
