I applied online. I interviewed at Jurgensen Companies (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2025
Interview
They were quick about setting up an interview, but that's about all that was good about the process.
The questions were fairly easy for a tech interview I guess and it went well enough overall, until I asked about the pay...
Then the 'director' I think he was, acted insulted and just droned on about 'market rate'. I took that to mean 'as low as we possibly can'.
This is one of those places where you need a job and kinda hope.. but in hindsight you end up VERY relieved that no offer was made.

Interview
It was very strange. The interviewer kept asking, "Do you have any questions?" "Do you have any more questions??" It was like I was interviewing HER. Super weird experience. They didn't even bother to follow up afterwards.

Interview
If you see a job fair where they advertise multiple job positions don't waste your time unless you want to do general labor. I attended one of their job fairs almost 2 months ago where they advertised multiple positions including various labor and professional positions. I went dressed in business casual as I was applying for a professional position. Almost all of the other applicants were wearing T-shirts and shorts so I stuck out like a sore thumb. Anyway the person there who interviewed me was most definitely not qualified to interview someone for an IT position. Now to be fair they did try to get someone from the department to talk to me but of course no one was available. So I left without really talking with someone who even knew what they were doing. I never got a call for a follow up or even an official rejection letter. So all in all I wasted nearly two hours of my life driving to and from the job fair and waiting for a fairly long time to talk to someone. You'd be much better off just applying online well I learned my lesson.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked some very standard and irrelevant questions.
