It was a phone Interview which lasted approximately thirty to thirty five minutes and the interviewer was pleasant. Basic questions were asked and they ranged from 'tell me about yourself' questions to behavioral questions.

Interview
The interview session was not too formal and hence made the interviewee feel comfortable. The interview was done in the office lounge, one on one. The HR manager asked typical questions such as what is your career aspiration, what is your specific area of interest in civil engineering? what do you think you can contribute to this company? There is no technical or situational question. At the end of the interview, he explains more about the company's expectation in terms of commitment and chance of being delegated to site visit at overseas projects in developing countries.
