They told me that they liked my CV and would like to interview me further. I join the call expecting a one-to-one conversation interview. Instead, I'm in a meeting with 30+ other people (who are also here for a job) and it's a presentation explaining the job in much more detail and why their company is so great. They end by asking us to fill in a form if we were interested.
