I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (London, England)
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward in the standard initial online application. I was the contacted about an initial telephone interview and giving my availability for this telephone interview which I did so promptly replying with three times I would be available within the dates specified. I then after several emails having to chase up to confirm this was told I had been booked in for a completely different time to those that I had offered when asked when available and after a back and forth email conversation was told if I could not do that time I would have to be withdrawn from the process. I changed my schedule in order to do this available time and the telephone interview was absolutely fine with the recruiter just asking me generic questions and getting to know my background more. Following this I received an email a number of weeks later letting me know I was through to the next round which was a face to face of Skype interview the following week. Again asked to provide three available times I did so however heard nothing back therefore emailed several times in the next two weeks to which I eventually got a short response email saying they had moved the dates back and what would my availability be for next week now to do a Skype interview. I immediately responded with 6 times as opposed to the 3 requested and said please could the recruiter confirm as quickly as possible to which I received no response. Subsequent to this I emailed over the course of the next several weeks numerous times and even left voicemails with the recruiter none of which were returned. Eventually getting through to her with the assessment day being on the friday of the same week (therefore knowing I was highly unlikely to be invited given I was still yet to complete my Skype interview) and in expressing my confusion at not having any response despite numerous voicemails and emails I was told that these emails and voicemails must have 'slipped through the net' and that she was out of the office at that current stage in the day but as soon as she got back would check and let me know. Unsurprisingly no check and no response came again and whilst I did email her again I knew that again no response would be heard. Having known another person who applied for the same scheme I asked him about his problems with the process of which he said he had not had any and that he had been interviewed and in contact with the same recruiter as me. Whilst I know Just Eat outsource until the assessment centre to recruitment companies I think that the lack of consistency and communication amongst other things are enough to put me off the company despite it being the out sourced team they used. Even if I had been successful I would have seriously considered this option against others given the extremely poor process.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
Overall a great application experience conducted through Wiser Graduates. Started by simply submitting a CV online, which was followed by a Skype interview with a member of the Wiser team - a friendly and informal chat which put me at ease. After was some simple online tests.
I was then invited to the assessment day at JUST EAT, which was the most enjoyable assessment day I have been to. I could not fault any aspect of it. Prior to the day Wiser Graduates sent a preparation pack with information on all of the assessors and the assessments we should expect. They also called me the day before to check I was ready / if I had any burning questions.
The day itself was a lot of fun - the interviewers were very friendly, and the group tasks were great (create a marketing plan for univeristy students). I had two interviews - a cultural and a competency one, and also an interview with the UK Marketing Director. There were people from Wiser there who were supportive throughout the entire day.
Overall I could not fault the entire application process at all. Both Just Eat and Wiser Grads were very professional and communicative.
