The application process included: - a phone interview - an online logical reasoning and personality test - an assessment day Throughout the process Just Eat were always in contact, making sure that I knew what was going on and how to prepare for each step. The assessment day was very relaxed with the main focus being getting to know the people we would potentially be working with. It included a pre prepared presentation that was in front of two Just Eat employees who were very welcoming and friendly, plus a group activity and two interviews in the afternoon.

First stage consisted of a HireView interview. Consisted of 5 'Tell me about a time..' style questions. Then two mini games - one involved memorising a series of numbers of letters and then inputting them back (or inputting them in reverse). The second was a non-verbal reasoning style game of identifying patterns in rotating objects. Then had a phone interview with a recruiter which was very lovely. Then decided to not proceed forward due to salary.
