I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (London, England) in June 2021
Interview
For this position I had 3 different interviews, would say take around 30min for each. Initial with HR and last one with senior management. Lots of behaviour based questions, but HR is great at giving hints on what sort of areas to prepare yourself. Overall good experience and straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself; tell me about a time when you missed a deadline; tell me about your proudest achievement; how in the past have you dealt with a conflict.
The initial interview with the recruiter was positive. She was professional and asked insightful behavioural questions, making me feel valued.
However, my second interview with the team lead was a stark contrast. It was immediately clear that she was disinterested in the interview process. Her introduction was brief, consisting of fewer than five sentences, and she quickly shifted the conversation towards me asking questions. It felt like I was conducting the interview rather than being interviewed.
Throughout the interview, there was almost no follow-up on my responses, and it seemed as though my answers were falling on deaf ears. The team lead didn't ask about my skill set or delve into my qualifications, leaving me feeling undervalued and disrespected.
While I understand that interviews can vary in style, this experience left me somewhat disillusioned about the company's commitment to the hiring process. Effective interviews should be a two-way street, with both parties engaged and interested in the conversation. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my second interview with Just Eat Takeaway.com.
