The process itself was extremely long, from application to video interview, HR interview, and the assessment day in Amsterdam. It was super time consuming, challenging, and a bit too much. Overall, people were nice, though for me the way that they handled the process after the offer was really disappointing, since they ended up retracting the offer due to not wanting to be flexible and wait for my visa result.
