I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Just Global (Singapore) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process felt misaligned and repetitive. HR focused on generic, textbook-style questions that didn’t seem relevant to the actual role. Multiple stakeholders were involved despite not having clear relevance, and several interview rounds covered the same questions, making the process feel inefficient.

Question 1
HR asked me “What is the marketing mix (4Ps) and how would you apply it?”
The interviewers were late and unprepared. I went through two rounds but had to reschedule them twice as the interviewers forgot about the interview or could not make it last minute. Therefore, I was virtually present four times. After both rounds, they mentioned that the role has been changed to marketing manager and asked if I was still interested.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Just Global in Mar 2025
Interview
I went through 4 stages: a screening call, a skills interview, a culture interview, and made it to the case study presentation. I was told upfront the process had 3 rounds, and I had already scheduled my case study presentation for Tuesday.
I spent my holiday weekend preparing a detailed strategy deck — only to receive an email on Sunday afternoon (less than 24 hours before my due date) informing me that the position was no longer being filled due to internal changes.
I was shocked and disappointed. It felt like my time and effort — which included giving up time with my family over Easter — were not valued or respected. What’s worse is the company heavily emphasizes culture and relationships on their website: “At Just Global, because relationships are at the heart of everything we do, community is everything to us.”
That messaging didn’t reflect my experience. It’s incredibly disheartening to be asked to go above and beyond and then be left with nothing but a canned response and no path forward.
A note to the company: if you’re not ready to hire, don’t ask candidates to spend significant time producing unpaid strategic work.
