Initial call from the recruiter and then 2 Rounds of interviews with various stakeholders including directly line manager. Overall interview was very cryptic. The interviewers didn’t seem to have reviewed my CV / experience. Was a rather awkward interview with cryptic 1 word questions rather than conversational. Got a vibe of a hierarchical poor culture

Very straight forward but friendly warm people, not at all intimidating. No real issues but the subsequent process was slower than expected. Normal set of questions for this type of role.
