Basic interview, questions like Tell me about yourself, why this company, what is sales and what is marketing. Etc. A Noobie can easily crack it. The working environment is not developing kinda. The only discussion everyday is regarding the sales and numbers no other thing are discussed. There are training sessions but it doesn't give outcome which is expected.
