Apply, email asking when best to call, phone interview, email to do 1 hour assessment answering questions, (got up to there), then face to face interview. Only reason I rated as negative, is because during the interview process they were fast to respond and friendly, but when they decided not to take me on, j asked for feedback, but was completely ignored which I am not happy about.
