Jobs are advertised on the organization website;
Applications are received;
Applicants are shortlisted by an appointed committee depending on the applicant's meeting of the job description and specification;
Shortlisted applicants are invited for written interviews. This interview depends on the importance of the job advertised;
Then, oral interviews are conducted by a committee appointed by the Human Resource and Administration Manager; and
Successful candidates are informed and given time to prepare and report for work.
