I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (Vienna, WV) in Sept 2017
Interview
Oral interview like an other job. You are then taken to the sales floor and asked to pick out an outfit. They won’t specify, but it have to be more than a shirt and bottom. Must have 2 accessories, shoes, top, and bottom. You then have to try and “sell” the outfit to another employee by describing what the outfit “has”. Ex. “It’s got a flowy white top, the skinny jeans are a little tighter so they don’t contrast too much with the top and the accessories add just the right pop of color!”

Interview
Easy interview. Asked questions about experience and then had me pick out outfit from store. Then I had to explain the outfit and why I chose it. Overall not a hard interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (Spring, TX)
Interview
The interview process was informal and felt more like a normal conversation with the store manager. I was able to have an interview on the same day as my inquiry.
