I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (Florence, KY) in Aug 2014
Interview
I submitted my application online and got a call back within a few weeks to come in for an interview. The interview was extremely laid-back, exactly how I expected it from reading all of the other reviews on this website. It all seemed a little flimsy. I felt odd because the woman hiring me was wearing a low-cut tank top, and a very casual outfit. She didn't seem prepared, or that interested.
I received a call to set up an interview. The first interview was a group interview of about 6 of us. It didn’t seem the most organized however the store manager and therefore the interviewer was nice enough.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls
Interview
Super simple and easy. Walked in for interview, went to back and spoke to one manager.
Went over everything the job entails, pay, hours, how things work and that was it!

Interview
The interview process was easy. I walked into the store and the manager interviewed me while standing in the back of the store. She asked basic questions about my work history and what my desired work schedule would be.
