This was an in person interview with the store manager. First I met with the assistant manager, then the store manager conducted the interview in the back office area. It was 30 minutes.

The interview process was very simple, they called and asked if I could come in for an interview. The interview they asked about work history, how I heard about the brand, and basic personality questions. Interviewed with store manager and associate manager both very nice and easy conversation. They offered me the job the following week.

They asked me to create an outfit for a mom coming into the store looking for an outfit for her 10 year old daughter.

One interview with manager onsite at store. It was very simple and I just had to go through my previous sales experience at other retailers. Very very easy interview and casual atmosphere
