I applied online and received a request for an interview a few days later. I spoke to the manager for about 10 - 15 minutes directly instead of a recruiter. I was a given a written assignment which comprised of 3 to 5 questions. The questions basically asked about experiences on going above and beyond for clients / accounts and how you might respond to an e-mail based on certain scenarios. I submitted my responses and never heard back. I spent about 30 to 60 minutes out of my time and Justworks didn't have the courtesy to tell me I wasn't moving forward. I'm surprised at the unprofessionalism given that Justworks is a company servicing the HR world and should have a much better overall sense of respect towards their candidates. I guess not in my case. Hopefully not yours either. Good luck to all!

The process overall was fine, started out strong with a great recruiter screen which moved me to the next step which was a writing assignment. Got the reject email a week after submitting that and this is where things started to take an odd turn. I replied asking for feedback so I could improve for next time, which the recruiter never replied back to but instead sent me another job, that paid less, asking if I wanted to apply and I assume begin the whole process again. After declining to not move forward with that role, I never did get the feedback.
