Three rounds, about 2.5 weeks from initial screening call.
TA reached out to me directly to pitch the role, I accepted and took a phone screen with recruiter.
Second stage was a round robin with three separate hiring managers, asking complex, psychological and past sales experience questions.
Third and final round was a meet and greet with an additional hiring manager, and then a role play with cold outreach. I was told by TA that this round would consist of me crafting a cold email, I mock phone pitch, and a power point presentation. Upon completing the mock phone pitch and reviewing the feedback, I was told that I had completed every necessary step, and I should be hearing back shortly on where I would go from there.
The issues: I brought up that I was told that a power point presentation was the final part of the process, and asked if I should do it. The hiring manager told me it was not necessary and that I could just email it to them, which I obliged.
Three days later I got a call from the recruiter stating they would not be moving me to an offer stage - the feedback was that "I did not complete the presentation portion, and too easily took no for an answer". This is flat out not the case, as we were not in a 'mock sales' environment at the time of asking about the presentation - we were speaking strictly as candidate to hiring manager.
This was a complete miscommunication on their end, and ultimately it took me out of the running. I take it as a bullet dodged, it shows that the management will throw you under the bus at any given corner.
