K12 School Operations Administrator interview questions

First interview was video recording. Asked 3 questions, had 1 minute to prepare and answer each, then two written sections. 2nd interview was with 2 people, 30 minutes about role and my experience. Sent task to complete via email after the interview. 3rd interview was scheduled with same 2 people, asked 2 strange questions, lasted only 12 of allotted 30 minutes and then asked to send an “About Me” slide. When I did not hear back by the date I was told a decision would be made, I waited an extra day then emailed. Heard back from the automated system that I was not selected.
