      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at K15t in Jan 2026

      Interview

Interviews done in 2 weeks. Starting screening interview to understand if I and the company were aligned. I was told the most important aspects of the role and what the company values; The second step involved an assessment to understand the way I think and work; Some days later I had a skill interview, to discuss the assessment I made and was asked technical questions to understand my qualifications for the role, with room for me to ask any questions; The last interview was with members of the team I would join, where I was able to ask questions and understand the company culture.
