I had a phone interview with Katlin from the Virginia office, and then i got a interview with Mark Fleck and then i got a (acceptance ) email that i had to sign and return, it took a few weeks to get a call from Mark Fleck, because of the back ground check. takes a while

The interview process is casual. Dress business casual and just be prepared to answer basic questions. It's more like a get to know you session. They do run a background check.
