A screening test with some cases that test coordination and problem-solving skills as well as experience. After passing the test, a panel interview with 4 people from different departments. During the interview, they asked questions related to previous experience in the field, achievements, and challenges. They also asked about language skills and how many languages i can speak. The interview was not hard and the panel was nice enough. From application to the interview it took 2 months. Then radio silence for another 2 months. The position was closed but I was not informed and had to do multiple follow-ups to know their decision. The whole process is somewhat slow and there is no communication with candidates throughout the process whatsoever.
