I had a positive interaction with the HR representative, who mentioned that I would be moved to the next stage of the hiring process. However, I never received any follow-up or feedback despite several attempts to reach out. I also explained that I am currently on a visit visa and urgently need to plan my next steps accordingly. Timely communication about my application status would have been greatly appreciated to support my job search and visa planning.
