The interview process I went through included an initial HR interview to assess my fit and background, a subsequent interview with the Head of Department (HOD) to evaluate my skills and suitability for the role, a verification and checking stage handled by HR, and finally, the issuance of the job offer.

Interview process was smooth, interviewed by manager. The question is standard question to be asked. Interviewer is willing to explain clearly about the job scope and sharing experience. Interviewer really knows the process flow.

How did you manage the subordinate is previous company?
First interview by online. Then proceed to face to face interview.
Most of the time was sharing experience and understanding of the field.
The second interview basically to have a look of the working environment which help the candidates to understand the company more.
