Kayak is stuck in their old ways and it shows during the interview process. The questions they ask are centered around old techniques like “Best Flights To Tokyo”. They aren’t really modernizing with CRO so expect to be asked about techniques that were best practice years ago.

Had to come in twice for an interview with the hiring manager and the SEO director. Questions asked were reasonable and it didn't take much time to prepare. Also had to do an excel test.
