Had first round interview with two senior directors. They were friendly and focused on my past experience and motivation for this job. Didn't receive updates after the interview so guess no next steps.

The first round was an HR call discussing personal questions and the job role. The interview is friendly and focuses on personal experiences, but be sure to ask questions about the role.

Interview
Three rounds in total. I interviewed for the RMBS team and they need tech and quantitative skills urgently. First-round tech questions asked about Python, SQL, and Excel. I didn't do the VBA one. The next two rounds are with senior directors, some financial questions, or questions about my background, which really depend on the person.
