I applied online. I interviewed at KDC Construction (Roseville, CA) in June 2025
Interview
It was a long interview, 30-45 minutes. Felt very comfortable when I left, feeling like they would call me in for a 2nd interview. But, they did not even call me back at all. I felt that, that was really unprofessional on their part. They could of sent me a email at least and said that they have moved on to another candidate for the position.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KDC Construction (Roseville, CA) in May 2023
Interview
Met with leadership and found the position to be a bit of a bait and switch. Position was advertised as "Hybrid" when it was actually 100% in office. Compensation seemed below average for industry and experience level and the company gave serious micromanagement vibes, example relying on reimbursement for mileage in lieu of vehicle allowance and gas cards. The response was along the lines of "people abused it in the past and although reimbursement costs us more, leadership likes the level of oversight it gives them"
