KHJ interview questions

Typical phone screen with general background questions. In person interview in Seaport office with all members of team I would be working on from different levels of company, including CEO. Overall I think I met with 4-5 people during my 3 hours there. Pretty basic behavioral questions and scenarios presented and asked how you would deal with them.

My initial communication with the company was through phone call after they received my digital and physical resume, portfolio and application. I, first, had a phone interview and then I had a one on one interview. I met with the people I would be working with, was given a tour of the office and felt like I was an honored guest. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. That afternoon, I got a phone call with the job offer. Come Monday/Tuesday I accepted the offer.
