Very informal interview process. Asked questions about my news experience and design ideas. Shadowed a soon-to-be former motion designer and asked a few questions about the newscast design style.
I applied online, got an email response for a demo 2 weeks later, an interview was scheduled after the director liked the demo, the interview went well and I was hired.

The main theme at the time was did I "get" what the vision for the product/program was, and I did. That, I believe, is what landed me the job.

Fast, professional, fair. first a phone interview, then a group assessment and finally a one to one interview. They examined all my motivations, goals, previeous experience and everything was professional and fair at all times. I just regret could not prepare better on some issues of my previous employer, didnt think was so important, but the good thing anything in the end went really good and the also made me an offere. still thinking if accepting it or not
