Submitted a an application, cover letter, and three essay responses. A phone screen interview for thirty minutes. A half day interview with rounds for a coaching role play, traditional interview, and debriefing performance task on a data presentation.

Question 1
Define equity and inclusion. How have you promoted equity and inclusion through your leadership?
Ask questions on the phone about work history and future goals. After the phone interview they may schedule an in person interview. The in person interview was normal and questions pretty standard.

Phone call, advertisement, interview with another, hired. Process was easy and simple. Lots of winning through talk and perks of pay and environmental expectations. Just like all other companies theirs was the best, so they said.
