KIPP Texas Public Schools interview questions

Panel interview, 2 weeks later sample teach, job offer. I had to teach a real 6th grade Social studies class and had no prior knowledge about the class or the unit they were on etc. After the sample lesson, we debriefed how it went, The recruiter talked me through each step in the process. It took about a month.

Began with a video interview and followed with one round with a panel virtually. Everything moved fairly quickly and communicating was professional. The process did not feel like a aoert time job.
