Interview
Pretty standard process nowadays. There are a few steps including an intro call with HR, a technical interview, and a culture matching call with a team member. Of course there is a test task also that you have to complete and present later.

Interview
I like the way Kisi informs you upfront about the recruitment process. I received responses on the completed stage in a timely manner. As for the Product designer positions it requires a completion of the unpaid home assignment. But there was no clear deadline and when I asked about it, it required quite a fast turnaround, although the home assignment was shared on Fri. After the home assignment task, I got to the next stage which was a Technical Interview. I was later notified that I won't be moved to the next stage after it, because they expect more professional UI skills. As UI skills are (logically) evaluated on the home assignment stage, it felt like poor reasoning. Especially, since they are looking to fulfill two positions: Product designer and UI designer.
