Before starting the whole recruitment process they asked me to send them my CV (makes sense) and a funny video (mandatory) where I needed to tell them why I wanted to be part of their company.
I spent hours of my precious spare time to make that video and then they took the decision of rejecting me based on things that they could have read in the CV or Linkedin profile.
I felt insulted, please ask the video as second step and not as a mandatory thing at the beginning of the process, respect people and candidate spare time, for you it's working hours to review people application, for us it's spare time that it got lost for stupid and "funny" recruitment processes.
