I applied for an internship at KJR and felt that the interview was a bit more lenient because of the role. There seemed to be more focus on my technical aptitude/interests and my personality/fit with the company, rather than actual skills at the time. I went through a phone screening, a 1:1 with a principal consultant, and a final round with the region manager. It was totally relaxed and I actually gained a lot of insight through my conversations with them.
I was eventually offered a position and immediately was provided with guidance and support in building on the skills I mentioned during the interviews, and I think that shows how much they value their hires and consider your goals even as soon as during the interviews. The HR/Talent Partner, Sheemal, was oustanding throughout the process - she was easy to approach and always answered my questions in a helpful and constructive way.
