I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KKR (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out and pretty quick process into first round. I've interviewed both for the investment team and portfolio management team (different year though). Investment team include 2x45min 1on1 meetings with principals and 2x 45min meeting with 2 more senior members in the team. Portfolio management team include a onsite meeting with 2 associates as first round, another senior member as second round, onsite model tests and a final round of senior members and HR.

Question 1
How will auto loan perform given current macroeconomy (2023) and why?
Paper LBO
Two 30 minute interviews and a super day with two back to back interviews. Everyone I spoke to was freindly and put a big emphasis on finding a cultural fit. The technical questions were expected and no curve balls.

Question 1
What differentiates KKR from other comepting firms?
Challenging but fair. If you have good understanding coming in you'll be fine (but need to know concepts not memorized answers). I'd prioritize having a general understanding of the market as well.
