Three conversations with CEO and one with the HR Director. Eventually you might meet some Business Unit Directors. One Assessment Center that combines personality and cognitive function, used for coaching after recruitment.

Typical HR questions such as "how would your family describe you?", "what kind of leader are you?", "what's your passion in life?". The CEO tends to ask real insightful questions as to who you are as a person.
