Interview
Interview process is fairly standard. It first starts w/ a 30-minute screening call to gage interest, identify level of match, and answer general questions about the role. After that, there’s a small case study to complete to assess your ability to think through data-related questions. And then finally, there’s a third round that involves some discussion of the problem set, some conversation on a similar but smaller problem set, and lastly a culture fit.
Was a relatively fast process that lasted 4 weeks. Overall, it was a good experience however I had to follow up sometimes to get a response/update on my application process.
I first started with a very basic phone screening that allowed them to get to know you better and my experience with digital marketing. Then, I was giving an Excel case study where I had a week to work on it. The final round interview was 2ish weeks later and was an hour and a half. It consisted of a case study and behavioral.

Interview
The interview process with KLIK lasted about 4 weeks and it was actually quite an enjoyable experience.
I applied online and heard back after about a week to set up an initial phone screening. The phone call happened a few days later and covered all of the essentials such as my background, details about KLIK, and whether the position sounded like a good fit.
After the initial phone interview, I was given a case study to complete within one week. The case was pretty long and difficult at times but was definitely fair since it was providing a glimpse into how the actual role would work with the company. The primary purpose behind the case was to see how applicants think through different scenarios on the job and that actually made it kind of fun as well.
I had my final interview the following week after sending in my case study. This was an hour and a half Zoom session with four different team members. The call was broken down into 30 minute segments for standard interview questions, a live case study, and a culture/behavioral portion. The case study was very similar to the initial take home one and was again meant to work through the candidate's thought process. The two question segments were also very clear and really helped determine if it would be a good fit.
I received an offer the following week after my final interview. My overall experience was really positive and it made the whole process more enjoyable than I would have imagined. I really appreciate everyone's attitude towards me throughout all the conversations and the positive interactions at every turn. The team seemed to be on the same page at all times and was very focused on finding people that would fit the culture and atmosphere at KLIK.

Interview
The interview process for this role was completely different than any other marketing role I've ever interviewed for. Their interest is in hiring people with strong skillset in data analysis and fast math. Not only did they have me complete an entire (time consuming) project before getting to the in-person interview stage, but the interview was basically all numbers and math. I can't blame them for this process if they are looking for someone with that skill in this role. Just know ahead of time, this is not your typical marketing coordinator position and you will be tested like a calculator.
