KLK Oleo interview questions

Interviewed by 2 panel - General manager and senior E&I engineer. Questions are more to interpersonal stuff. The typical strength, weakness and challenges that you faced and how you resolve it. They might asked about your career plan - What is your career journey? Does this role will help build your career? The engineer might ask technical questions so be prepared.

There were 2 stages in the interview process, both in their office. The first one was with the hiring manager, and the second one with C-suite level, and two managers. The first round involved creating a presentation slide about your experiences and values, followed by an interview. The second round was a 3-to-1 interview.
