Interview
1. Uploaden van het CV en beantwoorden van drie verschillende vragen via de website
2. Online gesprek met twee managers
3. Fysiek gesprek met andere manager & collega uit een ander team/rol
Na je online sollicitatie en het beantwoorden van drie standaardvragen, neemt HR eerst telefonisch contact met je op. Bij een positief gesprek volgt een video-call met de leidinggevende en een manager. Het derde en laatste gesprek vindt op locatie plaats met de leidinggevende en de Product Owner. De gehele procedure was heel snel verlopen, en binnen drie weken had ik een aanbod.

Ervaring met werken in een Agile team en hoe goed je om kn gaan met weerstand ivm change management.
Simple three interviews: one with HR member to check personality and alignment on the position. After that there were two other interviews with a team leader and a Product Owner from different teams.
