Interview
Interview was initially very good, the recruited who based on Malaysia was very responsive and communicated constantly on the update. However after 3rd rounds of interviews, the recruiter went silence and ghosted despite multiple checks. This is so unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KONE (Ho Chi Minh City) in June 2022
Interview
The interview process has totally 05 round.
- 1st round: To discuss with HR about 45 minute of general information, the demand hiring position and expectation as well.
- 2nd round: To discuss with hiring manager about more than 01 hour. This round discuss of project management experience, skills and knowledge and so on.
- 3rd round: To discuss with senior manager about 45 minute of message from management level, expectation and KONE's strategy, culture, people development.
By the way, to examines the online testing of logic and insight discovery.
- 4th round: To discuss with HR Director more than 1.5 hour about all aspect of PM role and sharing the requirement and expectation of PM.
- 5th round: Come back to HR discuss about salary and offer conditions.
