Very relaxed with questions about you and your past. Questions about how you would handle various situations. A lot of questions she was looking at my resume and asking me questions form my resume.

Very chill mangers were super helpful. Longer process but they came in way above what I asked for money wise 400k above. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get paid a lot right out of college.

The process was as follows:
1. online form application, personal details, work experience, current salary
2. online video submission. You record your response to questions asked. It's basically a prescreening process
3. Invitation to zoom interview via email
4. Zoom interview

I think the prescreening questions are well structured. Based on who you are and what your experience is and your achievements
