Interview
This was one of the strangest processes I have been through in as long as I can remember. First step, super informal with a head hunter. Second step a little bit more in depth with the local team, including the person you're replacing as they've been tapped for promotion-I'm not sure if that's to show there's the possibility of promotion and opportunity, or if it just happened to work out that way. Third interview was with the regional/district manager and was quite thorough and if you were to mistake the regional's enthusiasm for you as a candidate as anything more than that-a person's enthusiasm, as easy as it would be to make that mistake, believe me it's a mistake lol because the next level you've got to navigate is like the "final boss" of your kid's latest video game. Fourth and final interview is with their national director(?), who is apparently the one who is calling the shots regardless of the opinions of any of the other people you've spent time with. My suggestion would be for whomever runs this gauntlet next to stay vigilant and aware of the final boss and not to get complacent after the regional.
Otherwise it was a great learning experience.
