I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPFF
Interview
Interview was an informational one though I got to meet key engineers and was treated like a formal interview. The engineers and managers were great to speak with about the company and positive. I had an interview with a small group of my contact within the company, the hiring manager, and one of their strong engineers. I had lunch with some of the younger engineers and this was an opportunity for me to find out about pluses and minuses to the work environment.

Question 1
Do you see yourself ending up in project management?
first round interview was with a recruiter who you could tell was just there to write down answers. No conversation just question and then silence as they wrote. Felt awkward and forced.
