KPIT Technologies interview questions

The interview process at KPIT Technologies was not a good experience. It felt unstructured and unprofessional. The interview was scheduled only 1–2 hours in advance, which gave very little time to prepare. The interviewer did not seem to know who they were interviewing or what position the interview was for. Many of the questions were irrelevant to the role, including technical questions that were not related to the position. Some questions also felt very generic, like they were taken from ChatGPT rather than based on the actual job requirements. After the interview, there was no proper follow-up or communication. Overall, the process felt disorganized, unhelpful, and not very professional.

I went through 2 levels of interviews for internship. The entire interview process was structured and professional. Relevant questions were asked as per the role offered. Overall, it was a good experience.
