Interview
There were four interviews in total, starting with the recruiting team and followed by interviews with a manager and three directors from the practice, aiming to identify whether my skills, values, and experience matched with the firm and job role.

Question 1
Mention a challenge that you encountered in your previous roles, how did you tackle it, and what was the result?
Quick and efficient process. Offered the position a few weeks later but turned it down because it was not the right fit. One interview was more soft questions and the other one felt more like technical questions.
Background Interview with HR and then there's a case study. There will be two round of user interview, first one with Managers and then with Director and Partner. The interview is pretty common, talking about the understanding about M&A process, valuation and industry knowledge.
